Safari - 1 (Northwest): Nairobi - Thomson Falls - Equator - Nakuru Reserve - Lake Naivasha - Hellsga

Day 1: Pick up from Jumo Knietta A.P. to hotel, accommodation in Nairobi (breakfast only) Preparations for the safari departing the next day.

Day 2: Pick-up from the hotel (after breakfast and check-out with luggage). Observation of the Great Rift Valley on the way north to the 74-meter-high Thomson Falls. After lunch Travel to Thomson Falls. Visit the waterfalls walk down a flight of stairs to the bottom of the waterfall.Visit the point of the equator and Travel to Nakuru– enter the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Departure from the hotel (after breakfast check-out with luggage).Enter Nakuru Lake Reserve - the lake is known for its flamingos and 400 other species of birds, as well as an impressive collection of animals such as giraffes, baboons, rhinos, different types of deer and more. Picnic lunch. From the Nakuru Reserve we will head to Lake Naivasha and have dinner at the hotel / lodge (2 nights at the same hotel).

Day 4: After breakfast, depart from hotel to the Hells Gate Reserve, named after a narrow break in the cliffs, that forms a geological canyon (The filming site for the Tomb Raider movie starring Angelina Jolie) with various thermal springs. Hike in the gorge on the way back to the hotel for lunch, visit the geothermal power stations. After lunch excursion on the shores of Lake Naivasha / half day for rest. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5: Departure from the hotel (after breakfast and check-out with luggage) to the Masai Mara Reserve. Arrival at the hotel for lunch, afternoon game drive in the reserve until sunset.Back to hotel for dinner and overnight (2 nights in the same hotel).

Day 6: After breakfast depart for a safari in the Masai Mara Reserve for the whole day. The Masai Mara Reserve is the most famous and popular reserve in Kenya with spectacular views over a vast area in the center of which the Mara River attracts many animals. The reserve is a continuation of the Serengeti Reserve in Tanzania located to the south. The reserve is home to all types of African animals, such as zebras, lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, birds, wildebeest, elephants, giraffes, all types of deer, hippos and monkeys. Picnic Lunch and back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 7: Departure from the hotel (after breakfast and check-out with luggage) visit a Masai village (extra charge). After the visit, continue to Nairobi, stop for a light meal on the way (not included in the price of the trip) and continue to Nairobi air-port.

Important tips

1. Visit a doctor and get vaccinated as needed - preferably at least a month before the trip.

2. Bring comfortable shoes, a wide-brimmed hat and comfortable clothes in light colors (white, falcon, brown, etc.) Bright colors attract mosquitoes and animals, especially blue.
